The Independent Sleeper Mini:
a) Refunds for Clients who choose to withdraw prior to the initial intake assessment form being completed AND within 14 days of initial purchase of package: Client is eligible for a full refund, less a $200 administration fee. To withdraw, Client must submit written notice to rosalee@babysleeplove.com as soon as possible.
b) Refunds for Clients who choose to withdraw after the initial intake assessment: Client must pay the full fee, and no refund will be provided.
The Independent Sleeper Basic:
(a) Refunds for Clients who choose to withdraw prior to the initial intake assessment form being completed AND within 14 days of initial purchase of package: Client is eligible for a full refund, less a $300 administration fee. To withdraw, Client must submit written notice to rosalee@babysleeplove.com as soon as possible.
(b) Refunds for Clients who choose to withdraw after the initial intake assessment: Client must pay the full fee, and no refund will be provided.
The Independent Sleeper VIP:
(a) Refunds for Clients who choose to withdraw prior to the initial intake assessment form being completed AND within 14 days of initial purchase of package: Client is eligible for a full refund, less a $500 administration fee. To withdraw, Client must submit written notice to rosalee@babysleeplove.com as soon as possible.
(b) Refunds for Clients who choose to withdraw after the initial intake assessment: Client must pay the full fee, and no refund will be provided.
(c) Due to the associated scheduling and administrative burden, without exception, transferring from the VIP package to The Independent Sleeper or The Independent Sleeper Mini package IS NOT PERMITTED at any time. A transfer from the VIP to the Ultimate is possible within the first 30 days of this package.
Ultimate Sleep & Potty VIP:
(a) Refunds for Clients who choose to withdraw prior to the initial intake assessment form being completed AND within 14 days of initial purchase of package: Client is eligible for a full refund, less a $600 administration fee. To withdraw, Client must submit written notice to rosalee@babysleeplove.com as soon as possible.
(b) Refunds for Clients who choose to withdraw after the initial intake assessment: Client must pay the full fee, and no refund will be provided.
(c) Due to the associated scheduling and administrative burden, without exception, transferring from this package to any other package IS NOT PERMITTED at any time.
Four Weeks to Better Sleep:
(a) Refunds for Clients who choose to withdraw prior to the program start date: Client is eligible for a full refund, less a $50 administration fee. To withdraw, Client must submit written notice to rosalee@babysleeplove.com as soon as possible.
(b) Refunds for Clients who choose to withdraw after the program start date: Client must pay the full fee, and no refund will be provided.
(c) If Client chooses to upgrade to a private coaching option (The Independent Sleeper Basic or The Independent Sleeper VIP) within four (4) weeks of the sleep program’s end date, they will receive a credit that is equal to that which was paid for the sleep program, to be applied toward private coaching.
All other products and services are non-refundable, including the post-partum doula portion of our in-person support packages.
