2. Thorough Sleep Assessment: Our journey commences with a 1-hour phone/video assessment. We’ll delve into your little one’s sleep story, your family’s nocturnal aspirations, and your unique parenting approach.

3. Customized Sleep Plan: Your family is a constellation of uniqueness, and so is your sleep spell! This is a comprehensive, step-by-step sleep plan, specifically tailored to your family and includes everything you need to know to achieve your sleep goals using clear, step-by-step language. We leave no riddle unanswered here.

4. 14+ Hours of Private Consultation: After our first 1-hour assessment call, we will have our 1-hour phone/video call, a walk-through of your personalized sleep plan. Next, an initial 1-hour check-in phone call to ensure you’re making progress toward your sleep goals. Moving forward, we will have bi-weekly 20-minute check-in phone calls to make sure you’re getting the results you want with the support you deserve from yours truly. Additionally, we will have a 1-hour potty training consultation (can be deferred to a later date) and a 30-minute check-in potty training call (can be deferred to a later date). Finally, we hold our 2-hour final wrap-up call to ensure the sleep machine is humming perfectly at your house!

5. Unlimited Email Support: You won’t be in this alone. For 1 year, from Monday to Friday, you’ll have direct access to me. Expect detailed feedback on your child’s progress, answers to your queries, and even emergency support on weekends. I’m here for you every step of the way – whenever you need clarification, encounter a sticky situation, or simply need some extra support.

6. Exclusive Facebook Support Group: Join a tight-knit community of Baby Sleep Love graduates. Share experiences, seek advice, and find ongoing support in our private Facebook group. You’re part of a sleep-loving family. Access is granted at the end of your package.

7. Customized Bumps in the Road Plan: Life’s mysteries unravel in unpredictable ways, but your sleep shall remain steadfast. This is delivered at the end of your package.

As a part of your onboarding process, we will ask you to download BabyConnect—an app that facilitates the tracking of babies’ sleep–and add us caregivers so that we can track very specific sleep data points during our time together. Please be aware that there is a nominal fee associated with using this app, already pre-reimbursed as part of your total package cost.

**Please note that this package is appropriate right from birth! Your little one does NOT YET need to be ready for potty training to take advantage of this package. We can focus on sleep first and reserve potty training for a later date. Potty training support may be put on hold until your toddler is ready (typically between 1.5-2.5 years old), even if our initial 12 months of support have since passed.
